Attorney Daniel T. Wright is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Connecticut. Attorney Wright is a graduate of Boston College and Quinnipiac University School of Law. Attorney Wright is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, Hampden County Bar Association, Hampshire Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar Association.
Attorney Wright focuses his practice in the areas of Civil and Commercial Litigation, Insurance Coverage matters including an emphasis on the representation of policyholders in individual and group (ERISA) Disability Insurance claims and Litigation, Life Insurance, Annuities, Agent/Broker Liability and bad faith litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Wright was in private practice and formerly served as Assistant Vice President and Counsel for MassMutual handling insurance coverage disputes and litigation on a national basis. Attorney Wright began his legal career as a prosecutor in Massachusetts and formerly served as an Assistant District Attorney in Hampden County in Springfield. In 2019, Attorney Wright was appointed by Governor Baker to serve on the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission.
Attorney Wright is a native and resident of Longmeadow, Massachusetts and is active in his local community. Attorney Wright is an avid sports enthusiast and supporter of youth and high school lacrosse and football programs.
