Attorney Nicholas D. Amanti graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2009 and Rutgers School of Law in 2013.  He received his Master of Laws from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law with a focus in Taxation in 2014.  He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2015.  Attorney Amanti was also admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 2013.

Attorney Amanti focuses his practice in the areas of Corporate and Transactional Law, with emphasis in Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Commercial Lending, Leasing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Formation and Specialized Contracts.

Attorney Amanti originates from Westfield, Massachusetts and was a graduate of the Williston Northampton School. Attorney Amanti has personal experience with local business as his family founded and operates Advance Manufacturing Co. Inc. out of Westfield, Massachusetts.
